5. Site Survey and Technical Feasibility

Installation is subject to technical feasibility, available roof or land area, shading, structure, electrical infrastructure, access, local conditions and applicable approvals. Rivon may recommend changes after survey.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate property, electricity-consumption and ownership information.
• Provide safe and reasonable access for survey, delivery, installation and inspection.
• Provide permissions, documents and signatures required from owners, societies, utilities or authorities.
• Make payments in accordance with agreed milestones.
• Use the installed system in accordance with operating and safety instructions.

7. Installation and Timelines

Installation schedules are estimates and may be affected by equipment availability, weather, site readiness, customer approvals, utility processes, government portals, logistics, force majeure or other matters outside Rivon’s reasonable control.

8. Subsidy, Net Metering and Government Schemes

Where Rivon assists with subsidy, net-metering or other government/utility processes, such assistance does not guarantee approval, eligibility, processing time or disbursement. Final decisions rest with the relevant authority or utility.

9. Equipment and Warranties

Solar modules, inverters, batteries and other equipment may carry warranties from their respective manufacturers. Manufacturer warranty terms, exclusions, registration requirements and claim procedures apply.

10. Performance and Savings

Solar generation and financial savings depend on sunlight, weather, shading, orientation, system size, equipment performance, maintenance, electricity tariffs, consumption pattern, grid availability and other variables. Estimates are indicative unless specifically guaranteed in writing.

11. Intellectual Property

The Rivon name, logo, website design, graphics, text, photographs and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to Rivon/Remitverse Technologies Private Limited and may not be commercially reproduced without permission.

12. Prohibited Use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, submit false information, infringe intellectual property rights or use Rivon content for unlawful or misleading purposes.

13. Limitation of Liability
